Troubleshoot Logging Into Vendor Portal

This article describes how you will be able to resolve your log in issues.
If you are using 1 email address to log into multiple vendor accounts, you need to use the password of the vendor account requested.
Example of requested accounts to be able to switch between accounts:
Vendor 1 | Email: [email protected] / Password: password / Date: Yesterday
Vendor 2 | Email: [email protected] / Password: test / Date: Today
To log into your account, you will need to use the login credentials for Vendor 2
Email: [email protected] / Password: test
Logging in with the credentials for Vendor 1 will be incorrect. However, you will still be able to switch to Vendor 1.
You may also request a new password by doing the following
  1. 1.
    On the log in page, click on the "Forgot Password" button.

2. Enter your account email address in the email box as shown in the figure below.

3. An email with instructions will be sent to the email you entered in step 2 if it exists.
4. Follow the instructions in the email and reset your password.
5. Log into your vendor portal using the new password.
